Braintree Pickleball Round Robin Fun Fest

WHEN: Sunday, October 12, 2025

TIME: Morning Session: 8:30 Sign-In, 9am prompt start to 12pm

Afternoon Session: 12:30 Sign-In, 1pm prompt start to 4pm

FORMAT: You will be randomly assigned to a court and we will use Round Robin format in which an Intermediate player will always be paired with an Advanced player and vice versa.

• Everyone will play 4 games.

• All games played to 9, win by 1.

• The intermediate player and the Advanced player with the top scores at each court move on to the single elimination FunFest Playoffs.

• 1st Tiebreaker is wins. 2nd Tiebreaker is coin toss.

• Prizes will be awarded for winners and runners-up.

Refreshments: Light refreshments, coffee, fruit, water, juice, cookies

Must be a BPP member to participate. RSVP to braintreepickleball@gmail.com by September 26th. Please provide the following:

1. First & last name

2. Phone number

3. Skill level, (Advanced or Intermediate - the side of the courts that you typically play on)

4. Your session choice: morning or afternoon?

5. If you can volunteer for the opposite session

First come, first served. When we reach 64 people (32 Int. & 32 Adv.) in each session, there will be a waiting list for possible fill-ins. If you sign up and then have to withdraw, please notify us ASAP in consideration of those on the waiting list and the committee members coordinating this event.

VOLUNTEERS: If you can't play, please consider being a volunteer court monitor who will announce pairings, record scores, convey to the official scorekeeper and generally keep the flow moving smoothly or be a volunteer for cleaning courts, checking players in, setting up, giving out prizes, carrying supplies, and anything else that needs to be done to make the event run smoothly.
